Booking

Booking policy. Payment is taken when the marina house is booked and the balance is taken 3 months before the rental period.

A full refund is available if the booking is cancelled 3 months in advance. A 50% refund is available if a cancellation is made 6 weeks or more before the rental period. Full booking terms and conditions can be supplied.

Breakages and damage to the apartment or furnishings will be charged for. The villa is fitted with smoke detectors and is non smoking.
