Living Space. The house has an open living area for unwinding and relaxing. This opens onto a small terrace and garden, which has the Sun all day and leads directly onto the marina and mooring for the property. Its a great place to relax, watch the water, and look out towards Aigues Mortes. The living area has two couches, and chairs, a coffee table, a tv and dvd player, and an entertainment centre. There's a large mirror and some art to brighten the walls up. Broadband is available in Aigues Mortes at two cybercafes where you can plug your own laptop in or use the machines provided. There is a dining aera with a large table, 6 chairs, and a sideboard. The house has full air conditioning and climate control. The windows are fitted with wooden shutters to help keep the interior of the house cool. It is a non-smoking space and is fitted throughout with smoke detectors. - Floorplan
